Feel as Cool as You Look in an Air-Conditioned Suit!

If your home or office is not air conditioned, suffering through the summer heat can feel like it takes a lifetime. We have all taken drastic measures to beat the heat in the dead of summer, with some of the most common tricks involving spray bottles, paper fans, cold showers, and breathable clothing.
Getting dressed for work on mid-July mornings can be a drag as well, especially when it means sweating in your stuffy business attire.
Luckily, a revolutionary solution to your summer wardrobe woes it about to hit the market, just in time to help you survive the first heat wave of the year. The latest design by a clothing designer based in Switzerland has just changed the game of men’s formalwear with their state-of-the-art air conditioned suit!
SuitArt latest fashion statement is what is now the most expensive custom tailored suit in the world, with each wearable climate controlled suit costing $3.2 million. But for men conducting business near the equator, that’s a small price to pay to stay cool under pressure.
The material science research group Empa and personal cooling developers UNICO Swiss Tex collaborated with SuitArt to develop the wearable air-conditioning system for this cutting-edge suit. According to the SuitArt's website, the personal AC system functions via the humidification of water circulating around the torso to lower overall body temperature. Enjoy full body relief from the oppressive summer climate with just the touch of a suit button!
It is bulletproof by design, and tastefully encrusted with 880 black diamonds (that’s a total of 140 carats) on the lapel and buttons. This might seem like something from the closet of Batman or James Bond, but this heavy-duty suit is likely exactly that - heavy. It would be hard to stay cool fighting crime (or going to to office) while carrying around all that extra weight, even in the winter. No wonder they included a personal cooling feature...
As fascinating as new technology can be, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to dump a bunch of money into a drastic wardrobe change - $3.2 million suit or otherwise - for the steamy months of the year. Instead, make the smart investment choice with an effective and efficient AC system that will keep you cool AND save you money on your energy bills!
