We bought this unit last spring and it was a lifesaver last summer. I was unsure of how good a mini split unit would perform in our home and therefore put off buying one for a few years. Took a full day to solo install, including routing power outside. It's performed very well so far, keeping our 900 sqft lower level <70 even on 105+ days.

Brought the unit a little over a year ago and now have had the chance to use it in the AC and heat mode. I was worried the heating would drive on my electrical bill but I was wrong. Kicking myself I didn't buy sooner.

The product is good. However, the electrical compartment doesn't have a 1/2" or 3/4" knock out to connect a standard electrical whip from the disconnect box. This left the unit vulnerable to water damage. Besides that, I think it's a good product.
